Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with exceptions to products that are made-to-order, personalized, or pre-orders. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Some items may be shipped in separate packaging. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Domestic shipping and within the US takes 4-10 business days depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this timeframe such as holidays, closures or other events.

International shipping can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this timeframe such as holidays, closures or other events. 

*International orders are also subject to customs/ duty/ import fees upon arrival to your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are different depending on your own countries rules/ regulations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please email us and we'll do our best to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible for you.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If you provide an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If you ask that your order is refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
